Ariane Poirier, property manager, is responsible for marketing and social network management. In addition to their real estate activities, they actively support the local community by collaborating with various organizations.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le 5600 called on Studios Machiavel to promote a vacant space, which is rare at 5600 Hochelaga. Using 3D animation and drones, our video agency created an immersive tour that sets them apart from the crowd! Impressed by his vision and communication skills, she decided to collaborate with Studios Machiavel. <\/p>\n\n<p>Louis and the team proposed creating a virtual real estate tour using drones to show the unique dimensions and features of the space. The team also created 3D renderings effectively showing the storage potential of the space. <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Studios Machiavel took charge of the process from A to Z, from design to editing. It shows the space by highlighting aspects that photos couldn&#8217;t capture. &#8220;The video helped demonstrate the scale of the space and all we could do with a space this size,&#8221; says Ariane.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The results were immediate. The video was shared on social networks, generating positive reactions from their audience, with several <em>likes<\/em> and <em>shares<\/em>! Visitors were impressed by the quality and impact of the video.  <\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s a result we didn&#8217;t necessarily expect, and we&#8217;re more than satisfied with what we&#8217;ve got,&#8221; adds Ariane.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns are-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;They brought visions and technologies I&#8217;d never seen before.
