Studios Machiavel is the video marketing agency for black sheep. Born from the union of our marketing expertise and video production experience, we work with entrepreneurs to help them break out of the herd and realize their ambitions.
Our turnkey service, from creation to broadcast, filming and editing, has enabled us to bring companies and organizations such as Startup Montréal, Front Row Ventures, Métro Média, Meta4 Interactive and many others out of the herd.

Our history
From video to marketing.
Thanks to more than 10 years in marketing and video production, at the time a videographer and consultant, Louis founded Machiavel Vidéographie in Montreal in 2018 with the aim of serving SMEs across Quebec.
Passionate about all things video from the age of 12, he never let go of the kodak. Inspired by Youtube pioneers FreddieW and Smosh, he began by producing humorous videos, before gradually turning to the purely artistic side of video, directing videos for Zach Zoya and James Gray.
At the same time, a lecture on entrepreneurship by Nicolas Duvernois in the spring of 2016 revealed the magic of entrepreneurship to him. All the ingredients for the perfect cocktail were ready. However, we would have to wait until October 2018 to see the video production company officially born.
Since then, Studios Machiavel has built its reputation on nearly a hundred projects with over forty customers, most of whom benefit from our services on a regular basis.
Why Machiavelli?
The ultimate black sheep.
Firstly, because he’s the ultimate Black Sheep. Nicholas Machiavelli, through his stories and writings, has surely disturbed the social and political sphere like no other, yet with the sole intention of advising his compatriots. Today, he is the symbol of an assumed dissidence that we proudly endorse. Where some might see the disrupter, we see the disturber. Or rather, the black sheep.
True to our mission, we want to put the spotlight on black sheep and celebrate their difference. There’s nothing wrong with stepping out of the herd – quite the contrary! We celebrate those entrepreneurs who courageously choose to be themselves.
Add to this fundamental element our penchant for politics and its relevance to strategy, our admiration for the Renaissance and the Italy that was its cradle, and the choice of Machiavelli was obvious!

In particular, we are a UDA (Union des Artistes) producer, giving us access to Quebec’s pool of top talent and actors.
Every member of the creative team behind your projects also has at least a bachelor’s degree.
