Mission impossible? Not for Studios Machiavel!
The challenge was clear: to produce 36 videos to highlight the finalists of the Estim gala, a major entrepreneurial competition for the Eastern Chamber of Commerce.
“There’s a time of year when we absolutely need video,” explains Stéphanie Filion.
“We have to present the 36 finalists for the evening, and we thought that video was the best way to present them, because it allows the network to discover and get to know the fine companies in our territory.”
With a tight three-week deadline, which sometimes meant filming several companies in a single day, our team didn’t hesitate to take on the adventure. At Studios Machiavel, no project is too ambitious!

The first step was to understand the needs of both the Chamber of Commerce and each of the finalists. Our immersive experience designers took the time to ask the right questions to fully understand each party’s objectives.
“It’s important for us to be well supported, because this is one of the biggest projects of the year. It’s the one we’re most proud of, and we want the result to be the best possible”.
To meet tight deadlines and guarantee video quality, Studios Machiavel set up an experienced and flexible production team. Cutting-edge technologies were used, and the team went so far as to create a soundproof mobile studio to optimize sound quality during filming, even in less than ideal environments.
“What I really appreciated about Machiavelli was the use of the latest technologies,” says Stéphanie Filion.
“In terms of video, it makes a big difference in terms of quality and originality. Our companies have benefited from it. I’m really happy with my work with them.
A result that exceeds expectations
The end result was a real success. The 36 videos were delivered on time and exceeded Stéphanie Filion’s expectations. “We were very happy, because they really understood our needs, asking lots of questions, listening and improving the existing project,” she enthuses.
