LES

ORIGINS

NPGP was born of a combined passion for entrepreneurship and Quebec culture. We try to understand the impact they have on each other.

Founded in March 2020 at the height of a global health crisis, the Born for Big Bread podcast was born in the humble offices of Machiavelli.

In the panic and boredom of global confinement, an idea is born. With our backs to the wall, we find ourselves making unparalleled use of our creativity. Stemming from a passion for entrepreneurship, the project takes shape to fill a void in the podcast entrepreneurial scene.

As if our enthusiasm and momentum weren't enough, the coronavirus crisis, or COVID-19, is transforming consumer habits and citizens' attitudes towards their province. In a spectacular move, initiatives to promote local purchasing are multiplying! The government quickly launched its Blue Basket platform, of which Machiavelli is a proud member, in an effort to make this trend a reality. The project has the wind in its sails.

Your host

Founder and host Louis Pallascio is an entrepreneur himself, thanks to Machiavel Vidéographie, his commercial video production agency for SMEs, and sees this as an opportunity to give a voice to local entrepreneurs.

In addition to his entrepreneurial experience, he has been a marketing consultant for BDC, the Business Development Bank of Canada, whose slogan is The Bank of Entrepreneurs, since 2019. So the project would fit in quite well with his background.

A wave of change

With the deconfliction getting more and more aggressive, and the crisis seemingly receding into the distance, Machiavelli enters the final sprint. After nearly 30 episodes, we're now embarking on a 3rd season in our brand-new studios! To find out more about our new space, or to reserve it for yourself, click on the following button.

Good moves. Bad moves.

Make no mistake! We're proud of our beautiful province, but we mustn't be afraid to scratch the boo-boo, to get wet... you get the idea. We won't mince our words.

Bread, a must.

With segments like Gagne ton Pain, du Pain sur la Planche, and l'Argent du Beurre, your taste buds will be served. We've already said too much!

Quebec entrepreneurs.

At the heart of our podcast will be our guests, a new one every week, all of whom have proudly chosen to launch and propel their businesses in Quebec.
